Clay's Collection of Short Stories and Recipes
Clay Morris is a twenty-four-year veteran of the U.S. Military. After serving on active duty in the Army for over eleven years, he spent another thirteen years in the Louisiana Army National Guard. He retired in 2006 after he completed relief efforts for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. His sincere hope is that the stories and recipes from his life inspire you to gather your family around the pit, kitchen table, or wherever works best, and create your own memories.
Empowering Authors and Communities
Since opening our beginning in 2021, the foundation and vision of Inspired Cooking with Clay Morris has been to serve, inspire, and to encourage others through the gifts received from God! The passion and desire to serve is strongest and most prevalent during natural disasters such as Hurricane Ida. Within days after landfall Inspired Cooking partnered up with several other organizations to feed the hungry and bless the communities that needed someone to care. Through a community of givers with servant hearts we were able to cook and distribute nearly 1600 meals! Praise God for his provision!
